一個客戶從建檔到上線會橫跨五個看板(下圖每一欄=一個看板)。
圖中含洽談、法務審核的判斷與退件迴圈,以及按下 Kickoff 時同步啟用的 Integration 流程。

兩個系統自動連動重點
① 按下 Leads & Deals 的 Kickoff「Initiate」時,系統會自動在 Legal WIP(BD/AM 與 Legal)與 Integration WIP 建立對應項目並連動資料。
② Route = Via 的客戶,Integration 狀態會跟著串接廠商走(例:500 Casino 跟 Hub88)。
Two automatic handoffs
① Clicking Kickoff “Initiate” in Leads & Deals auto-creates the matching items in Legal WIP (BD/AM & Legal) and Integration WIP, with data synced.
② For Route = Via clients, the Integration status mirrors the aggregator (e.g. 500 Casino ↔ Hub88).

如何找到我的工作

How to Find My Work

我的工作不一定會直接出現在左側選單,通常要先點左側的「更多」展開才看得到。
很多人找不到,就是因為沒有展開「更多」。

“My Work” may not appear directly in the left menu — usually you must first click “More (⋯)” on the left to reveal it. Most people who can’t find it simply haven’t expanded “More”.

  1. 在左側選單點「更多」展開。In the left menu, click “More (⋯)” to expand it.
  2. 選「我的工作」。建議在它上面按右鍵釘選 / 加到最愛,下次就能直接一鍵點開。Pick “My Work”. Tip: right-click to pin / favorite it so it’s one click next time.

它不屬於任何單一看板,是專屬於你個人的彙整頁——每個人看到的內容都不一樣(只會是自己的工作)。

It doesn’t belong to any single board — it’s your personal aggregated view, so everyone sees only their own work.

  • 一頁看完你在五個看板上所有被指派的工作,不用逐一打開看板。
  • 可依個人檢視習慣,至右上角變更模式進行分組。
  • 可直接在這裡更新狀態、點進該項目,省去切換看板的時間。
  • 只顯示你自己的工作,不會被別人的項目干擾。
  • See all your assigned work across the five boards on one page — no need to open each board.
  • Can be grouped by your personal viewing preference, accessible via the top-right corner.
  • Update statuses or jump into an item right from here, without switching boards.
  • Shows only your own work — you won’t be distracted by other people’s items.

小提醒
項目要出現在「我的工作」,前提是該項目的 負責人欄 有指派到你、而且設有 日期欄。如果某件該是你的事沒出現,先確認看板上是否指派了你;若仍有問題,聯絡 Rouyi。
Tip
For an item to appear in My Work, you must be set in its People column and it needs a Date column. If something that should be yours isn’t showing, first check you’re assigned on the board; if it still doesn’t appear, contact Rouyi.

Add a New Client

  1. 前往 📋 Profile 看板,點擊左上角的 + New Client 按鈕,建立新的客戶列

Overall Completeness

Sub-items

每個客戶的法務項目以子項目追蹤。法務 Rose 將進度更新至 Comment from Legal;BD team / AM team 可將進度更新至 Comment from AM/BD。雙方都能在各自的看板看到對方的留言。

Each client's legal items are tracked as sub-items. Legal (Rose) posts progress in Comment from Legal; BD team / AM team posts progress in Comment from AM/BD. Both sides can see each other's comments from their own board.

回到 Profile 修正名稱,再檢查下游看板是否同步。若下游仍顯示舊名稱,請聯繫 Rouyi 確認連動是否正常。 Go back to Profile and correct the name, then check whether the downstream boards sync. If they still show the old name, contact Rouyi to confirm whether the automation is working correctly.
什麼情況算是需要開新 Lead,而不是沿用舊資料?When should I create a new Lead instead of reusing existing data?+
若是同一客戶但不同 Studio、不同合作模式,或重新開啟一個獨立商務機會,才考慮新 Lead。若只是同一案子的狀態更新,應沿用既有 item。 Create a new Lead only when the same client has a different Studio, a different cooperation model, or a separate new business opportunity. If it is only a status update for the same case, keep using the existing item.
更改 Priority,下游會怎樣?What happens downstream if I change Priority?+
Priority 會影響 Legal / Integration 的排序與判斷,建議改完後要確認相關看板是否同步。 Priority affects Legal / Integration sorting and decision-making, so after changing it, confirm that the related boards have synced correctly.

如果是你負責的欄位可以修;不是你負責的欄位,先留言或 @ 負責人。
CRM 的錯誤修正要保留脈絡,不然其他團隊會不知道為什麼變動。
If the field is your responsibility, you can fix it. If it is not, leave a comment or @ the owner first. CRM corrections need context, otherwise other teams will not know why the data changed.

看下游看板是否產生對應項目、同步欄位是否有值、相關日期/負責人是否出現。如果只成功一半,截圖或記下客戶名稱,聯繫 Rouyi 排查。 Check whether the downstream board created the matching item, whether synced fields have values, and whether the relevant dates / owners appear. If it only partially succeeded, take a screenshot or note the client name and contact Rouyi for troubleshooting.
怎麼避免搜尋不到客戶?How can I avoid making a client hard to find in search?+
建客戶時使用一致名稱,避免同時出現簡稱、品牌名、公司名不同寫法。若常用別名,可放在 Comments,方便搜尋。 Use a consistent client name when creating the client. Avoid mixing abbreviations, brand names, and company names in different formats. If there are common aliases, put them in Comments so they are easier to search.
客戶改名或品牌名跟公司名不同,該怎麼處理?What should I do if a client changes name, or the brand name is different from the company name?+
Client 欄位建議保留正式公司名,品牌名或別名放 Comments / Latest Update。若要改主名稱,先確認下游連動影響。 Keep the official company name in the Client field. Put brand names or aliases in Comments / Latest Update. Before changing the main name, confirm the downstream sync impact.
欄位選項不符合實際情況,要怎麼辦?What should I do if the field options do not match the real situation?+
不要用最接近但不準確的選項硬填,也不要自行新增欄位。先記錄需求,找 PMO / IT team 評估是否調整欄位或流程。 Do not force the closest but inaccurate option, and do not add fields yourself. Record the need first, then ask the PMO / IT team to evaluate whether the field or workflow should be adjusted.
客戶一開始談 VVD,後來又加談 IDG,要怎麼處理?A client first discussed VVD, then later also discussed IDG. How should I handle it?+
請勿把原本 VVD item 直接改成 IDG。應回到 Profile 確認是否需要啟動另一個 Studio 的 Lead,並保留原本 VVD 的追蹤脈絡。 Do not directly change the original VVD item into IDG. Go back to Profile to confirm whether another Studio's Lead should be started, while keeping the original VVD tracking context.
同一客戶有兩個 Case Owner,該怎麼記?If one client has two Case Owners, how should I record that?+
主責人放在 Case Owner。另一位協作人建議放在 Comments / Latest Update,或用 update @ 對方。 Put the primary owner in Case Owner. Put the collaborator in Comments / Latest Update, or @ them in an update.
客戶同時有多個市場,Markets 要怎麼寫才好搜尋?If a client has multiple markets, how should I fill Markets so it is easy to search?+

看它是不是從其他看板帶來的資訊、是不是紅色/同步欄位、是不是屬於你的角色章節。仍不確定就先不要改,留言問負責人。 Check whether it comes from another board, whether it is a red / synced field, and whether it belongs to your role's section. If you are still unsure, do not edit it yet; leave a comment and ask the owner.
